The position is located in Surat, and it is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in driving the talent acquisition process, ensuring that we attract the best fit for our expanding team.Qualifications and Skills

  • sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking (Mandatory skill)
  • efficiently screening candidates to ensure they meet role requirements and company standards (Mandatory skill)
  • actively participating in the talent acquisition process, from job posting to onboarding (Mandatory skill)
  • proficient in conducting interviews to assess candidates\' qualifications and fit for the role
  • excellent negotiation skills for discussing employment terms with potential hires
  • building and maintaining a robust network of industry professionals and potential candidates
  • strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with candidates and team members
  • basic understanding and knowledge of human resources principles and practices
Roles and Responsibilities
  • collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
  • develop and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract suitable candidates
  • screen and shortlist candidates through resume reviews and initial interviews
  • coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and relevant team members
  • conduct reference checks and background verifications to ensure candidate authenticity
  • negotiate salary and other employment terms with selected candidates
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the recruitment process in the HR database
  • actively participate in career fairs and networking events to promote the company\'s brand and find potential candidates
