Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and attract qualified ITES/BPO candidates for lateral and experienced positions

• Utilize a variety of sourcing methodologies to find top talent

• Build strong relationships with potential candidates

• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer

• Maintain accurate records and reports

Qualifications:

• Minimum 0.6 - 3 years of experience in BPO recruitment (lateral/experienced)

• Strong domain knowledge of the ITES vertical

• Expertise in sourcing methodologies (e.g., Boolean search, social media recruiting)

• Target-driven and results-oriented

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

• A laptop or desktop with a reliable internet connection
