The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting top talent within the IT technology domain, particularly in the areas of Embedded Systems, IoT, VLSI, Chip Design, and Semiconductor Engineering.Designation: Recruiter / Senior Recruiter - IT Technology ( Embedded / IoT / VLSI / Chip / Semiconductor )Location: Kolkata / HybridRequirementsKey Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates.

• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess technical skills.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Candidate Experience:

• Provide a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.

• Address candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the IT technology landscape, especially in the areas of Embedded Systems, IoT, VLSI, Chip Design, and Semiconductor Engineering.

• Proven ability to source and attract top talent in a competitive market.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Freshers with BTECH in Electronics & Telecommunication, with degree / diploma / certificate in Embedded / VLSI / Chip / Semiconductor / IoT technology also may apply
