Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying potential candidates, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle.

2. Screening and Interviewing.

4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers.
5. Offer Management.
6. Data Management and Reporting.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
