Additionally, you will be responsible for generating candidate pipelines and identifying the most suitable countries for sourcing candidates.   • Recruitment Strategies: Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet hiring goals.
  • s: Create accurate and compelling job descriptions that reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the position.
  • Candidate Sourcing in Appropriate Countries: Identify and direct candidate sourcing efforts in the most suitable countries to find relevant talent.
  • Job Posting: Post job in various online recruiting sites in target countries.
  • Resume Qualification: Analyze and appropriately evaluate resumes to identify the most promising candidates.
  • Initial Interviews: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
  • Assessment Creation: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit within the company.
  • Candidate Pipeline Generation: Maintain and continuously update candidate pipelines to ensure a consistent pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.
