- Recruitment Strategies: Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet hiring goals.
- s: Create accurate and compelling job descriptions that reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the position.
- Candidate Sourcing in Appropriate Countries: Identify and direct candidate sourcing efforts in the most suitable countries to find relevant talent.
- Job Posting: Post job in various online recruiting sites in target countries.
- Resume Qualification: Analyze and appropriately evaluate resumes to identify the most promising candidates.
- Initial Interviews: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
- Assessment Creation: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit within the company.
- Candidate Pipeline Generation: Maintain and continuously update candidate pipelines to ensure a consistent pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.
