We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our staff consultancy team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent for our clients across various industries. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients and roles simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other innovative channels.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate profiles and recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a consultancy or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
• Proficiency in using ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
