Our mission is to provide exceptional service and talent to our clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Recruiter located in Noida. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and screening potential job candidates, conducting interviews, managing job postings, and coordinating and conducting job fairs. Qualifications Previous experience in Human Resources or Recruitment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment Strong knowledge of local and national labor laws and regulations Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Experience using recruitment software and/or applicant tracking systems Ability to develop and manage employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns Experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
