Position: IT / NON IT RECRUITER IN MUMBAI in a Media Firm Experience: 1 - 4 yr(s). Location: Mumbai, Malad EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Human Resource or its equivalent Recruiter job roles and responsibilities: Developing job descriptions and requirements based on the job openings and posting them on relevant platforms to attract candidates Searching, scrutinizing. screening and selecting candidates from various sources like social media, inhouse database, external online and offline sources, forwarding them to the clients and following up with the clients for updates Keeping abreast of latest job opening in different organizations Handling existing clients and their current job openings Designing and implementing new recruitment strategies Handing paperwork for candidates after selection Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the position Providing periodic reports to the team manager regarding the recruitment status of positions Recruiter job requirements: Must have good understanding of ATS, JOBS PORTAL & HRMS Should be able assess a candidates viability for a position in an interview Proficiency in handling recruitment databases Excellent communication skills Good leadership and decision-making skills Signature: INETRESTED CANDIDATES CAN DIRECTLY APPLY ON [HIDDEN TEXT] - 77108 44668
