About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience to join our team in Bavdhan, Pune. You will help us find the best talent and play a key role in our recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities-

• Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for advertising, brand, and digital marketing positions.
• Source and reach out to potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring teams.
• Keep candidates updated throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates in the system.
• Provide support in HR operations as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferred).
• Good communication and people skills.
• Ability to use recruitment tools and platforms to find candidates.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
