Qualification & Skills:
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Source and attract top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company needs
• Cordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and candidates
• Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Build relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
