Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team , a leading manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for blue-collar roles, including machine operators, assembly line workers, and other operational positions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely hiring of skilled and reliable talent to support our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for blue-collar roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Candidate Sourcing:
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, local networks, employee referrals, and community outreach.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure alignment on job requirements and hiring timelines.
• Database Management:
• Maintain an updated database of potential candidates and build a pipeline of skilled blue-collar talent.
• Vendor Management:
• Liaise with manpower agencies and staffing vendors to meet bulk-hiring needs.
• Screening & Assessment:
• Conduct initial screenings and skill assessments to identify qualified candidates for technical and operational roles.
• Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure that all hiring practices comply with local labor laws and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
• Employer Branding:
• Promote the company's culture and values to attract high-quality talent.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in hiring blue-collar roles, particularly machine operators, welders, assemblers, and technicians.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and local labor markets.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job portals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle bulk hiring under tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial sector recruitment is preferred.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
