Job Description
• Collaborate with Department managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate experience
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and processes.
• What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in service sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
• A passion for people and a keen eye for talent.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
