About the Team
The TA Business Function team would be responsible towards delivering the critical hiring demand and aggressive growth plans of Lowe's India's Business Functions teams such as Merchandising, Shared services & finance
Job Summary:
Our Recruiters work in a fast-paced, high volume recruiting organization. Each plays an important role in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships - often providing candidates with their first impression of Lowe's. They will look to source, build, qualify and maintain talent pipelines in coordination with Lowe's India's various recruitment needs. You will work with hiring managers and recruiting teams across all Lowe's departments or business groups. With each candidate interaction, you will support and maintain Lowe's employment brand
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements
• Extend support for end to end scheduling process.
• Manage all aspects of candidate administration such as maintaining and updating applicant and offer activity, job description creation, ensuring current positions are accurately posted in all recruiting systems and job boards
• Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner
• Plan and coordinate events, assessment, and interviews for hiring candidates
• Serve as liaison with candidates and communicate logistics associated with assessment and interviews
• Collate documents of shortlisted candidates and share them with on boarding team
• Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
• Focus on KPI's including cost per hire, time to offer, time to fill, diversity, channel effectiveness and customer experience
• Maintain and update ATS with accurate information and status for all candidates at all times.
• Be expected to learn and gain experience in diverse domains outside the current area of hiring and fulfill requirements accordingly.
Experience:
Required:
• 4+ years of relevant work talent acquisition experience in managing non- technology hiring.
• Prior experience in managing lateral volume as well as niche hiring.
• Prior exposure in a GCC / Ecommerce / Startups/ Product environment would be an added advantage.
• Strong Microsoft proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Should be able to independently work on critical open positions
