Roles and Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing : Identify, connect, and generate a pipeline of potential candidates for open positions across various roles.
• Candidate Coordination : Line up shortlisted candidates for interviews and ensure smooth scheduling in coordination with hiring managers.
• Onboarding Support : Facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
• Deployment Assistance : Ensure candidates are deployed seamlessly into their roles and track progress during their initial phases of employment.
• Database Management : Maintain and regularly update a database of candidates, ensuring accurate records of communication and placements.
• Stakeholder Communication : Act as a point of contact between candidates and internal teams to address queries and ensure transparency.
• Market Research : Keep up-to-date with hiring trends and competitor practices to refine recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure positive experiences throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Performance Metrics Tracking : Monitor and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and deployment success rate.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and databases
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on candidate experience
