Location: Basheerbagh, Hyderabad
Job Type: Internship (3-6 months)
Stipend: Depends on the skills
Availability: Full-time (On-SIte)Job Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, and networking events.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or video to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Post job openings on various platforms and help manage candidate pipelines.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.
• Assist in creating and managing candidate engagement strategies to enhance the candidate experience.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand job requirements and develop candidate profiles.
• Provide administrative support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
• Help prepare recruitment reports and metrics for internal reviews.

QualificationsQualifications and Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
