As a Recruiter for India and SAMEA (South Asia, Middle East & Africa) you will play a leading role in identifying and engaging top internal and external talent under the Business and GU umbrella, contributing to our company growth and employer brand. What You'll Do
• Be a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor for Spotify's business in India and across the SAMEA region with a continuous pulse on the internal and external candidate landscape for key areas of hire
• Work with key stakeholders to build creative strategies around sourcing and attracting diverse talent
• Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in an equitable way
• Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice
• Collaborate and share knowledge and practices with the global Talent Acquisition and HR team
Who You Are
• You have experience working as an in-house recruiter with high-volumes in a vibrant environment
• You have a minimum of 4-5 years' experience and enjoy working in a global market, both in terms of attracting candidates but preferably also from a partner management perspective
• You have a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies
• You are driven and you always find ways of improving the quality of your work
• You are a standout colleague and you strive for collaboration across teams, functions, and locations
• You possess strong interpersonal and consultative skills
• You are passionate about ensuring that each candidate who interviews at Spotify, whether internal or external, has an outstanding and positive experience
• You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
