Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our event management company. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our staffing needs for various events and projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying candidates with the right skills, experience, and cultural fit to contribute to our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for event management positions.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the company's requirements.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including job description development, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new recruitment tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the event management or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Creative and resourceful in sourcing and attracting top talent.
• Passionate about finding the right fit for both candidates and the company culture.

• This is a full-time position based at our company headquarters.
• Flexible hours and occasional travel may be required to attend recruitment events or job fairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?300,000.00 per year
