Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent acquisition, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a keen eye for identifying top-tier candidates. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in diverse roles across a wide range of industries.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for positions.

- Source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.

- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in non-IT recruitment to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience as a recruiter.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using recruitment software and online platforms for sourcing and tracking candidates.

- High level of professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a recruitment agency or staffing firm.

- Familiarity with non-IT industries such as events, advertisement, marketing, healthcare, finance, engineering, or manufacturing.
