Profile - Recruiter Industry - Real Estate Location - Hinjewadi , Pune Salary - 15k - 25 k ( in hand) Call HR - +91 9657982537 We are looking for professional real estate recruiter to be an intermediary between candidate and company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Real Estate Company. HR assistants support managers by maintaining company personnel records. These include employee names, addresses, job titles and pay. When an employee changes jobs or terminates employment, the HR assistant enters the appropriate information in a company database. Managers may request reports from the database such as salary progression, departmental averages or absenteeism, and it is the HR assistant who prepares the reports. HR assistants may also answer the phone and direct mail within the HR department. Often the HR assistant assists in the hiring process by scheduling interviews and advising candidates of the outcome. Job Roles: Experience in sales/DM/TS hiring and bulk hiring. Deep understanding of recruitment processes. Strong knowledge of candidates\xe2\x80\x99 selection methods. Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods. Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices). Business acumen and market insight. Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills HR, Recruitment, Administration, IR Schedule and conduct weekly sales / DM /TS meetings and achieving targets Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter. Ability to work independently.
