Overview:The Human Resources team at Oxford Policy Management is currently seeking a Recruiter on a 6-month fixed-term basis to provide cover for a period of maternity leave expected to begin late March/early April.The position will be located in New Delhi.We are an international development consultancy working to improve lives through sustainable policy change in low- and middle-income countries. Our role is to ensure that the organisation is well positioned to recruit and retain best-in-class talent who can fulfil our mission to improve lives through sustainable policy change.Working as part of a global recruitment team of four, the Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for new hires across OPMxe2x80x99s 14 country office locations. This role augments the teamxe2x80x99s ability to engage active and passive talent, whilst managing the delivery of high-quality candidate and hiring manager experiences for opportunities across our technical and operational departments.As a Recruiter at OPM you will:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of recruitment processes, enabling our ability to identify and attract high calibre candidates across project, corporate and operational functions.
  • Collaborate effectively with hiring managers throughout the business, combining a good understanding of technical skills requirements and direct sourcing channels to build a robust pipeline of talent for current and future resourcing activities.
  • Create a seamless and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through to offer management.
  • Communicate with HRBPs and project resourcing managers on progress of assignments and generally provide day to day support with information and advice.
  • Contribute to the project management and co-ordination of activities across the Human Resources team more broadly, working collectively to deliver our talent management strategy.
  • Contribute towards high levels of service delivery with key stakeholders throughout the business, responding efficiently to queries and providing advice and guidance that is thoughtful and effective.
  • Have a genuine commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, with a passion for creating diverse talent pipelines and ensuring that fair and inclusive recruitment processes are consistently delivered.
Key Qualifications / Experience / Skills / Behaviours:
  • A minimum of 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in global talent acquisition, and/or demonstrated experience of managing recruitment processes in a complex organisational environment.
  • Good knowledge of the recruitment process from candidate attraction to offer.
  • Experience in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing channels.
  • Experience of utilising Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably iCIMS) in the delivery of seamless recruitment processes.
  • Understanding and enthusiasm to support best-practice DEI principles in all talent acquisition activities.
  • Good team-working skills, demonstrable enthusiasm to use initiative in working as part of a global HR function, within an international business environment.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to guide and influence at all levels of the business.
Desired Experience:
  • Direct experience of the international development sector.
  • Understanding of employment law and/or regulations in more than one country office location in which OPM operates.
