We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition and will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
Manage end-to-end recruitment.
Manage employees grievances.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department.

Skill required:
Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance).
Demonstrable leadership abilities.
Solid communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
