• Source and attract talent using various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and closure.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication.

• Use SphinxHires ATS to track applications, evaluate candidates, and streamline hiring processes.

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in IT, tech, or corporate hiring).

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in using ATS platforms (experience with SphinxHire is a plus!).
