Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization. You will play a crucial role in building a strong workforce and enhancing our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and external recruitment agencies.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment software.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
