Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing Candidates: Use job boards, social media, and networking to find potential candidates for open positions.
• Screening Resumes: Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
• Conducting Interviews: Assist in conducting phone and video interviews, assessing candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Job Posting & Advertising: Help create and post job ads on job boards and social media platforms.
• Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on their application status and next steps.
