Responsibilities Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions by closely working with the Internal teams Responsible for conducting screening interview via phone , and to arrange further levels of interviews onsite Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews Serve as contact person for questions from candidates and from the internal functional managers Own the recruitment life cycle by being the point of contact for the candidate from the first conversation till they are onboarded Manage the social media handles of the organization for increased brand visibility and thereby building a strong engaging candidate base Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Qualifications A relevant Graduate degree (B.E/BTech preferably) More than 1 year of experience in recruitment ( not more than 3 years in total ) Effective communication skills and a strong team player Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Familiarity in utilizing different platforms, including niche ones for talent sourcing and job posting.
