• Screening Resumes : Reviewing and evaluating resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
• Conducting Interviews : Performing initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinating Interviews : Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers or other stakeholders.
• Building Relationships : Developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Job Posting and Advertising : Creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Candidate Assessment : Administering assessments or tests to evaluate candidates' skills and competencies.
