Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at India IPO in Delhi, India. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, sourcing, and screening skills
• Interviewing and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience with recruitment software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
