You must have hands-on experience in HR consultation and organizing team-building activities, ideally with at least six months of experience in a similar position. A background in sales coaching or training is highly valued, as it supports the agencyxe2x80x99s integrated approach to recruitment and talent development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage remote collaboration effectively. Prior experience in the telecommunication industry or a related field will be considered an asset.
