Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Source and identify qualified candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a seamless process for candidates.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate offers, facilitate pre-employment processes, and onboard new hires.
• Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment practices, and market conditions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a manufacturing or energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
