The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for turning the business strategy for our Finance and Actuarial functions into an actionable talent strategy and proactive recruiting plan to address critical talent gaps, helping the organization assess and select talent for both todays and tomorrow\xe2\x80\x99s business needs and ultimately creating competitive advantage in the business and talent marketplace.This is an exciting opportunity to join a global recruiting team and partner with leaders to recruit top talent.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?\xc2\xb7 Understand the business and talent strategy, consult with business and HR professionals on talent gaps and create and execute an effective and efficient sourcing strategy that delivers the best, most diverse talent to AXA XL.\xc2\xb7 Network with industry professionals, with a specific emphasis on developing relationships with top tier, diverse talent.\xc2\xb7 Create and execute the end-to-end recruiting process and sourcing strategy that result in better hires, faster, from needs identification to new hire\xe2\x80\x99s first day. This includes creating and executing the research and effective and efficient sourcing strategy, candidate development, referrals, stakeholder management, offer creation and negotiation.\xc2\xb7 Provide global sourcing support across business groups, functions and geographies. Partner with recruiters and other HR professionals to develop robust sourcing strategies and build talent pools for critical roles.\xc2\xb7 Screen, evaluate and qualify candidates, including conducting in-depth candidate interviews to develop a deep understanding of candidate qualifications and competencies.\xc2\xb7 Provide written candidate profiles and search status reports and provide counsel regarding the interview process as well as the assessment and evaluation of candidates.\xc2\xb7 Partner with other HR partners, as appropriate, to ensure that AXA XL is able to attract the necessary talent for today and tomorrow. This includes Total Rewards, relocation, Employment Law and Talent Management.\xc2\xb7 Select and manage external search firm vendors, as needed. This includes identifying the \xe2\x80\x9cbest\xe2\x80\x9d vendor, fee agreements and managing the firm throughout the entire recruiting process.\xc2\xb7 Provide substantive and competency-based feedback to all unsuccessful candidates.\xc2\xb7 Ensure an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.\xc2\xb7 Positively represent and differentiate the AXA XL employment brand in the talent marketplace.QualificationsSHARE your talentWe\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required.\xc2\xb7 Experience recruiting for global companies and putting together comprehensive recruiting strategies to address diverse talent needs.\xc2\xb7 Experience in bulk/mass recruiting, demonstrates ability to create sourcing and recruiting strategies that bring in multiple hires quickly.\xc2\xb7 Relevant and recent recruiting experience in either a search firm, agency or corporation. Experience in both a corporate environment and a search firm preferred.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to recruit diverse individuals and ability to negotiate and consult on total compensation packages (base, bonus).\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently with a strong bias for action; able to deliver results and manage multiple stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Ability to translate a business strategy into an actionable recruiting strategy.\xc2\xb7 A global talent perspective and experience working in a highly matrixed environment.\xc2\xb7 Exceptional communication (both written and verbal), influencing and negotiation skills.\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to effectively work with and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization from front-line managers to senior business leaders.\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail.\xc2\xb7 Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills and a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments and processes.\xc2\xb7 Strong business acumen with a thirst for business knowledge.\xc2\xb7 Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and make decisions in a business context.\xc2\xb7 Ability to develop a \xe2\x80\x9cbig picture\xe2\x80\x9d perspective and be a strategic thinker.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency with various candidate management and applicant tracking systems.\xc2\xb7 Willingness to travel, as needed.Reporting into Talent Acquisition Team Leader.FIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
