Job Title: Recruiter Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Type: Full-time Timing: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST CEC, a firm headquartered in Rutherford, NJ, with offshore center in Ahmedabad, is seeking dedicated and talented individuals to join our expanding team of US Recruiters. Eagerly looking for passionate people who are committed to build a solid career in international Staffing & Recruiting industry and open to work night shift. Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing full-cycle recruiting functions including but not limited to job understanding, candidate sourcing, social networking, phone screening, email communication, documentation, summary writing and presentation.
• Identifying right candidates with the right skills to match the US clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirements
• Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirements
• Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting
• Should ensure to revert submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition
• Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals
• Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries and responsibilities till joining of candidates)
• Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining & building the candidate database

Required Skills

• Minimum 12+months of US Recruiting experience.
• Excellent English language skills including reading, writing and speaking.
• Ability to communicate fluently with foreign nationals.
• Self-motivated, passionate and energetic professionals.
• Comfortable to work in night shift (6:30PM to 3:30 AM IST).
• Must be interested in either technology, sports, fitness, creative writing, art & craft, travel or architecture.

Note: This is not a remote opportunity and select individuals will be required to work from Ahmedabad facility. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9,748.38 - 40,296.09 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• US shift
