Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Debt Identification and Management:

Identifying and tracking delinquent accounts, often involving communication with debtors.

Communication and Negotiation:

Contacting debtors to explain outstanding payments, discuss potential repayment plans, and negotiate settlements.

Payment Plan Management:

Developing and implementing repayment agreements with debtors, ensuring compliance with established terms.

Legal Action:

Initiating legal proceedings, if necessary, to recover debts through repossession or other legal means.

Reporting and Record Keeping:

Maintaining detailed records of recovery efforts, including communication logs, repayment plans, and legal proceedings.

Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining positive relationships with debtors, even when dealing with difficult situations.

Data Analysis:

Analyzing data to identify trends in payment delinquency and develop strategies to improve recovery rates.

Strong Communication Skills:

The ability to effectively communicate with debtors in a professional and empathetic manner.

Negotiation Skills:

Expertise in negotiating repayment plans and settlements with debtors.

Problem-Solving Skills:
