Job Summary:
The CRM Recovery Specialist is responsible for diagnosing, resolving, and preventing issues related to the company's CRM system. This position involves system recovery efforts in the event of outages, data corruption, or system failures. The role ensures that CRM operations return to normal quickly and efficiently, minimizing disruption to business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• CRM System Recovery: Lead recovery efforts in response to system failures, data corruption, or other critical issues affecting CRM operations. Implement fixes or workarounds to restore system functionality.
• Troubleshooting and Diagnosis: Diagnose CRM-related issues, including software bugs, configuration problems, and data integration failures. Analyze logs, monitor system health, and identify the root causes of CRM disruptions.
• Data Backup and Restoration: Manage the CRM data backup processes and ensure regular backups are performed. Facilitate the restoration of data when needed, following best practices to avoid data loss or corruption.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor CRM performance, availability, and security to detect potential issues early. Provide solutions to enhance system efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Vendors and IT Teams: Work closely with CRM vendors, software developers, and internal IT teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Develop Recovery Protocols: Create and maintain detailed recovery plans, workflows, and documentation for CRM disaster recovery processes. Ensure the organization is prepared for future disruptions.
• User Support and Training: Provide technical support to CRM users and assist with user training during system recovery periods. Communicate recovery timelines and updates clearly to all stakeholders.
• System Upgrades and Patches: Assist in planning and implementing CRM system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities to prevent future outages and improve system performance.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure all recovery activities comply with data protection regulations and internal security policies. Protect sensitive customer information throughout the recovery process.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
