Identifying key channel partners resulting in the accounts are getting taken over by other banks / Exit.
Building a strong Relationship with the customers of the designated portfolio in terms of getting the sufficient churning in the account and convincing the clients for reduction in exposure
Building a strong Chanel network/ self-driven for achieving greater market reach in locations
Designing planning & executing activities and channel engagement programs enabling efforts which translate into reduction of higher number of Stressed cases in the designated portfolio
Person would need to achieve the location budget in terms of reduction in limits/ exiting the cases
Define strategy, prioritize development roadmap and prioritization.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications Graduate/ MBA and /or professional degree preferred
Should have at Least 3-5 Years of experience in recovery / sales management
Knowledge of Working Capital Business and fluency in atleast 1 local language preferred for the Postitions at Chennai/ Hyderabad/ Surat .
Demonstrated success leading and driving teams towards ambitious tar gets.
Should a team player, strong on relationship management and be ready to travel widely.
