Read more about ourTo know more about ExxonMobil in India, visit and the .Whar role you will play in teamThe Recovery & Analysis Analyst role is focused on ensuring complete, accurate, and timely recovery and analysis of intercompany/intracompany services.What you will doKey Responsibilities:Time Writing Coordination: Ensure completeness of time writing and billing flowProject Set-Up and Maintenance: Manage project set-up, ongoing maintenance, and stewardshipAccounting: Perform basic accounting entries in compliance with accounting and reporting standardsBalance Sheet Reconciliations: Conduct balance sheet account reconciliationsBilling Systems Maintenance: Maintain tables in various billing systems (customers, cost objects, services, contracts, etc.)Billing System Close-Out: Process close-out of applicable billing / timewriting systems and perform appropriate closing checksCost Recovery Calculation: Calculate recovery position and segmentation (Billed vs. Actual costs comparison)Unbilled Verification: Determine if Unbilled Verified are needed and inform appropriate FCCR/Cost Management contactsTrue-Ups and Catch-Ups: Process true-ups as neededInquiries: Respond to recovery and analysis inquiries promptly and accuratelyCompliance: Ensure work processes comply with relevant process controls requirementsAbout youRequired qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in Accounting / Finance activities preferably in cost recovery, billing, or a related field, preferably within the oil and gas industry

• Skills:

• Understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
• Experience with SAP, Group Reporting, Blackline, Workiva or analytics tools such as PowerBI?
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proficiency in English
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Resilience, flexibility, and agility

• Preferred Skills ( Good to have )

• A degree from a university in the U.S., U.K., Australia or other English speaking international institution;
• You are a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
