Position Collection Team Leader -Delhi and Jharkhand.

Hi-Tek Syndicate is one of the oldest and the largest collection agency with a Pan India Presence.The organisation was incorporated in 1993 and is pioneer in banking and NBFC collections and recoveries.Our Head Quarters are in New Delhi.

Our clients include ICICI Bank,Axis Bank,SBI,RAK Bank (DUBAI UAE),,HDFC,Kotak,Home Credit,DMI and lot of other prestigious clients.

We have physical presence in Delhi,Panipat,Hissar,Mohali,Ludhiana,Patna,Muzzaffarpur,Jharkhand,Kolkatta,Jaipur,Agra and Lucknow.



Team Handling using emotional intelligence

.Understanding and preparation of Collection Reports.

Being one of the most critical delivery partner across products, the role holder should recommend and

implement communication solutions that Bring about change in the Collection Strategy and Numbers.

Roles and Responsibilities

Field Visits to boost Collection.

Establish goals and targets for the collection of payments.

Oversee department objectives through the development and execution of budget business

plans.

Prepare reports for Collection of payments.

Responsibilities

Effort to investigate and locate missing client or financial information that is essential for

the employees to perform their duties effectively.

Employ, Train and evaluate employees within the collection department to ensure enough personnel are

available to handle the workload.

Conduct performance Evaluation that are timely and constructive.

Negotiate with customers to amend payment terms as

appropriate.Ensures the security and privacy of customer information.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Applicants should possess the following

attributes:

Work Experience

2 plus years experience in working in Collections in leadership Role.

Positive Cibil Score.

Job specific skills

Preparation of Collection Reports and Data Analysis.

Technical Skills

Understanding of Fair Industry Practices.

Behavioural Skills

Good verbal, written Communication skills

Ability to understand and positively control employees behavior.

Educational Graduation from a recognized educational institution in India

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
