Education Requirements : B.Com is must, Master\'s Degree in Accounting /CA/CPA/CFA Work Experience Requirements : 4 to 10 years of related experience Shifts- US/UK Location- Noida Responsibilities: Journal Entries, preparing Financial Reports. Intercompany experience is must. Creates effective financial statement schedules, audit support schedules and other reports. Review reconciliations and financial statements and related reports, investigate problems and organize projects. Insurance accounting experience or knowledge. Ability to deliver value working on various activities in statutory/Gaap accounting close cycle and deliver results accordingly. Assists in the documentation of internal controls and performs assigned internal control processes such as general ledger reconciliations. Identifies issues and assists in resolving them. Learns how data flows through the financial systems to the accounting function in order to be able to identify issues and take action to address them. Makes suggestions to improve the business value and efficiency of the work performed and collaborates with the team on evaluating and implementing suggestions. Actively participates in increasingly complex department projects and continuous improvement activities. Shares expertise with others to accomplish shared goals. Role Specific Skills: Experience in Oracle/SAP/Blackline Knowledge of monthly, quarterly and annual book close cycles Subject Matter Expertise in Expense Accounting, Fixed Assets, DAC, IBNR etc. Learns how data flows through the financial systems to the accounting function in order to be able to identify issues and take action to address them. Technical/Soft Skills Advanced skills in MS Office Extensive knowledge of US insurance and Insurance Finance
