Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of company transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial data.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for audit purposes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of reconciliation processes and controls.
• Generate reconciliation reports and present findings to management.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or financial reconciliation roles (1-3 years).
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly expertise in Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: .
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
