Your work in the Rewards Center of Expertise will be critical to help us deliver on the promise of building a more cohesive and integrated function. Job Purpose: Provide administrative services to support Novartis\' Global Recognition Program - Spark. Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to): .Operational and Analytical Skills: oActs as a primary contact for vendor in operational matters oProvides operational support to Novartis associates in line with program guidelines. Identifies trends for process improvements to enhance overall employee experience. oSupports Global Program Lead and coordinates with Country SPOCs across globe for change management activities. Flexible to create and adapt existing process guidelines in line with changing needs of the program and the platform. oSupports reporting and analysis requests from key stakeholders. Finds ways to improve reporting tools - such as dashboard. .Technical Support: oBe a key liaison in testing the new platform features and the platform performance oSupport trouble shooting in case of IT issues (e.g., data transfer, access issues, website availability) in collaboration with the IT team .Support Financial Activities oReviews correctness of financial reports generated by the vendor. oSupport other finance administrative processes as needed, i.e., invoices issue resolving. Diversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements What you\'ll bring to the role: .Bachelor/Masters Degree in a related field, System or HR background preferred. .3+ years of case management experience on Rewards and Recognition or C&B Process .Strong exposure to cloud based HCM platforms or Rewards tools with exposure to Payroll and Finance processes .Previous experience in working with global stakeholders cooperating with different GPOs/ stakeholders .Demonstrated ability to in trouble shooting and passion for learning - Learning Agility .Excellent written, verbal communication skills and solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills.
