This role will provide operational, engagement, event planning, analytical and vendor management support for our global employee recognition program. Responsibilities include identifying recognition opportunities, coordinating recognition events and activities, evaluating program metrics and building and sustaining relationships with internal business partners and external vendors. Key Responsibilities:
• Document and maintain business program processes, reporting and project plans.
• Develop and document new processes with launch of new programs and platform capabilities.
• Track and analyze program metrics and incorporate recommendations to improve success and the employee experience.
• Partner with program manager, vendor and corporate communications to draft and deploy program communication, tools and engagement tactics.
• Coordinate recognition events in partnership with program manager, leadership, business line recognition champions, vendor and corporate event planning.
• Support or consult with employees or other partners who have questions about the program.
• Help to drive a culture of recognition and belonging and a place where employees feel valued.
• Leverage technical skills and tools to provide accurate and timely data and support platform configuration needs.
Required Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2 to 4 years of industry experience.
• Excellent organizational and event planning skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented and creative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience to navigate a complex global organization structure
• Advanced Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills
• Experience with Workday or other HRIS and payroll systems
