Job Description

Primary Roles of a Receptionist:

Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously. Route calls to the correct person or take messages when needed. Book, confirm, and manage appointments or meetings. Handle incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries. Perform basic administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and photocopying. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area. Order and manage office supplies.
