We are looking for a capable and friendly front office to work at our reception area.
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote properties and generate leads.
Respond to inbound calls and answer queries related to various real estate projects.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with potential buyers.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Follow up with clients to provide additional information and gather feedback.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and project details.
Scheduling and confirming appointments for real estate agents
Maintaining and organizing the reception area
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
Providing information to clients about available properties and services
Coordinating with other employees to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills to greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls, emails, and inquiries while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software for scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and procedures to provide accurate information to clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
Any Graduate
Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment.
Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance.
Knowledge on Ms office Ms excels.
Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Female candidates are preferred.
