The Reception and Service Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling administrative duties to support the smooth functioning of the office or facility. This role requires a strong communicator with organizational skills to manage reception duties, coordinate services, and provide assistance to clients and visitors.
Reception Duties :
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or departments.
• Answer incoming calls, take messages, and provide general information as needed.
• Manage the reception area by keeping it clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Handle inquiries about services, schedules, and other basic information.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and services for clients and staff.
• Coordinate with relevant departments or personnel to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain service records and track service requests.
• Ensure proper setup of service areas for appointments and meetings.
• Communicate with clients to confirmation for Battery repairing .
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
