• Greet and assist visitors, clients, or customers.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure a welcoming environment.

• Answer and redirect phone calls.
• Take messages and respond to general inquiries.
• Scheduling & Coordination :
• Manage appointments and meeting room bookings.
• Maintain calendars for executives or teams.
• Administrative Support :
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail management.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy.
• Customer Service :
• Address minor complaints or direct them to the appropriate department.
• Provide information about the company and its services.
• Security & Protocol :
• Monitor visitor access and follow security protocols.
• Assist during emergencies like fire drills or evacuations.
