Job Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly

Receptionist

to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative duties, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries Schedule appointments and manage calendars Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
