We are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist/Office Assistant to manage front-office operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with 1-3 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role is open exclusively to female candidates who are passionate about creating a welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Handle and manage office supplies inventory.
• Provide support for office events and other organizational activities as needed.
• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 1-3 years in a receptionist or office assistant role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Well-organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
