Responsibility
• Greet and welcome visitors, providing them with information or directing them to the appropriate person/department.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Maintain visitor logbooks and manage access control to the office premises.
• Handle courier services - dispatching and receiving packages/documents.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records in databases or Excel sheets.
• Assist in filing, documentation, and maintaining office files both physically and digitally.
• Handle office supplies inventory, ensuring that stock is sufficient and orders are placed as needed.
• Process bills and vouchers, including coordinating with the accounts department for timely payments.
• Coordinate with various departments for any tasks, projects, or support needed.
