Roles and Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
• Manage appointments and maintain the reception area in an organized manner
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing mails and packages are handled efficiently
• Maintain records and ensure all relevant information is up to date
