Receptionist/customer Service Rep
Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Female Telecaller to join our office in Tambaram. If you have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service, we'd love to meet you!
Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Provide product/service information and answer inquiries.
• Maintain and update customer records accurately.
• Assist with follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless client interactions.
Requirements:
• Female candidates only.
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication in Tamil and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
Location: Tambaram
Timing: Full-Time, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
