Responsibilities

-Strong communication & sales skills
-Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
-Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
-Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Managing E-commerce
- Using networks and online research, sourcing and handling leads online
- Ability to identify potential leads
- Lead Generation from India Mart and other online platforms.
- MIS reports

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
